 Whether you are working with me locally in San Antonio or through my private online protocol, the goal is the exact same: find the structural energy leak, rebuild your foundation, and get you back to heavy PRs without scaling. 

The 12-Week "Comeback Athlete" Protocol (Online)

What’s Included in the 12 Weeks:

 

1. The "Day Zero" Telehealth Evaluation: We kick off with a 60-minute deep-dive video assessment. We perform a live movement screen to find exactly where your foundation is broken.


2. Custom Clinical Programming (Via CoachRX): No generic PDFs. You receive a fully customized daily rehab and load-management program delivered straight to your phone. It runs alongside your current training to rebuild your tissue capacity without losing your engine.


3. The "Clinical Eye" VIP Access: You have me in your back pocket. Send me videos of your lifts from the gym floor inside the app, and I will reply with audio and video micro-adjustments within 24 hours. You are never left guessing.


4. The Accountability Loop: Through weekly check-in forms and monthly 1-on-1 virtual strategy calls, we constantly adjust your loading phases to ensure you are progressing back to the heavy barbell safely.

 You don't have to live in San Antonio to get a Performance PT in your corner. This is my premium, application-only, 3-month clinical coaching program. It is designed specifically for CrossFit and Hyrox athletes who are tired of resting and ready to permanently fix the mechanical leaks causing their pain.

In-Person Performance Rehab (San Antonio, TX)

what to expect:

 

 Full 60-Minute Sessions: Every session is a full hour of undivided, 1-on-1 attention with a Performance PT.


Hands-On Reset: We use high-level manual therapy, joint mobilizations, and targeted soft-tissue work to rapidly break your pain cycle and calm the nervous system down.


Movement Re-education: We step onto the gym floor to rebuild your squat mechanics, fix your hip hinge, and load the barbell correctly so you walk out of the clinic feeling like an athlete, not a patient.

I'm local

 If you are local to the San Antonio area and need hands-on clinical intervention, this is where we get to work. I operate a fully 1-on-1, cash-based performance clinic. You won't be handed off to an assistant, and we won't waste time on heat packs and stim machines.

My practice is not for everyone. I only work with athletes who take their training seriously.


This IS for you if:

✔️ You are a CrossFit, Hyrox, or heavy lifting athlete. 

✔️ You are frustrated with traditional doctors telling you to "just rest." 

✔️ You are willing to put in 15-20 minutes of daily, focused work to fix your mechanics.


This is NOT for you if:

❌ You are looking for a quick fix, a massage, or a "pop and crack." 

❌ You are not willing to temporarily modify your barbell loads to rebuild your foundation. 

❌ You want standard, insurance-dictated physical therapy with yellow therabands.
